About your cover
There are two levels of cover you can choose from: All Component Cover and Named Component Cover. Whatever level of cover you choose, you can rest assured that all repairs are carried out by Audi trained technicians in Audi authorised repairers. So you can have peace of mind that your Audi will be repaired to the same high standards as before.
What is covered?
All Component Cover is our most comprehensive level of insurance. We will pay for the costs of repairing or replacing the factory-fitted mechanical and electrical components of your vehicle that have suffered sudden and unexpected failure during the period of cover. This includes the sudden and unexpected failure as a result of water ingress. In addition, we will pay for the costs of consequential failure of a covered component. This means that if a covered part has failed as a direct result of the sudden and unexpected failure of another covered component, you will still be protected. The maximum we will pay per claim is the market value of your vehicle at the time of the sudden failure (including VAT).
All claims are subject to terms and conditions. For full information, including more detail on covered components, please refer to your Cover Booklet.
What is not covered?
We will not pay for:
- Routine servicing (all components replaced associated with routine servicing are excluded)
- All bodywork components
- Seat frames
- Gas struts
- Strikers and hinges
- Worn and perishable items
- Components that are not of a matching quality to Audi approved components
- Any exclusion detailed under the “General Exclusions” section in the Cover Booklet.
All claims are subject to terms and conditions. For full information, including more detail on excluded components, please refer to your Cover Booklet.
